Mrs.Ch.V.L.L.Kusuma Kumari, Assistant Professor at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, with over 21 years of academic and research experience, also served as Head of the Department, has become a distinguished figure in the field of Management education. She has published three patents and 65 research papers, in various reputed National and International Journals and presented 30 papers in various National and International Conferences. She has also guided more than 350 projects to P.G. students. She has convened 5 International Conferences on Emerging Strategies for Business Advancements and various Faculty & Student Development Programmes. She has also delivered sessions on Career Guidance, Behavioral Skills Development and Interview Skills Training for student development, and has guided thousands of Engineering and Management students towards successful careers. Her research interests include Human Resources Work-Life Balance, Quality of Work-Life, Learning and Development; and Talent Management.
